This isn't exactly an April fools but I've got this perfect replica rattlesnake that I take with me when we go camping the last two weeks April to mushroom hunt. I always set it next to our wood pile and then tell our vistors to grab a couple of pieces of wood for the fire. We've had some pretty good reactions of terror when they reach for the wood.

 Heres a classic I do for April Fools. You know the sprayer thing on the kitchen sink? Take a rubber band and seal the on lever. Be sure to leave the sprayer at a good face angle.

Then just get clear and watch the fun.  Works great at home, the office, mental institutions, wherever you happen to be.

I've pulled off some doozies in my time.......and had plenty pulled on me....
but the one that I still laugh about the most is something my mother did one year......yes....dear old mom.

My last year in high school, my mom woke my sister and I up early and made us stay quiet so we wouldn't wake up my pop.

She then had us help her apply honey all over saran wrap and tape it on the outer edges of her bedroom door.
Then she would purposely burn toast so the smoke alarm would go off........my pop came running out of the bedroom and.....
BAM!......right into the homemade flypaper.......lol

One year I took glo sticks and emptied the contents into some friends drink cans.  Not funny at first, but when the urine starts to glow and the freak out starts it becomes hilarious.

This happened this April Fools Day.....  The Hooter's in the quad cities put up a sign on the marquee:

Tuesday only: Brett Farve will be here at 2 PM.

I live about 90 miles away and friends called last night to tell me about it. We called the Hooters and they admitted to us it was April Fools.Only because we said we were far away.

Packer Fans would appreciate this prank.

It happened during the NHL lockout, and on April first my mom came and woke me up (I was on spring break), and told me that Winnipeg had gotten an NHL franchise. I ran up and went looking online for anything about this, after a half our of me searching she finally told me april fools.

On an old-fashioned toilet, open the lid on the tank and pull the tube off the pump.  Turn it so it points directly at where the user will be.  Tape it down well with plently of duct tape.  When they flush they will get a faceful (of water).
